A unique venue for for Supper Clubs with a twist and cookery demonstration dinners for 6-10 people

Alex's Supper Club was set up but Raymond Blanc trained chef Alexlouise to help teach people to cook using "what they had in the cupboard" and have fun doing it!
After 17 years in professional kitchen's, running restaurants and catering companies, working for celebrities and the rich and famous in Switzerland and London, Alex came back to Wales to do what really inspires her. Teaching people about cooking and eating real food and empowering them to cook for themselves rather than relying on ready meals and take aways. Working with suppliers including Riverford Organic Farms to bring "real" food back to our tables.
In groups of 6 people, a mystery ingredient bought by each "Supper Clubber" and a whole lot of cooking and eating it's like a mix of Ready Steady Cook and Saturday kitchen!
Other events include more cookery school type workshops and dinner/demo evenings of 6-10 people.
